「My Diary」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Qualef Studio（個人開発者、以下「当方」）が提供する日記アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリ（iOS: com.cutemydiary.app、Android: com.qualef.cutemydiary）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
日記の本文・気分・一言、添付した写真、挿絵、レイアウトや表紙の設定、アプリ設定などは、お使いの端末内のデータベースおよびファイルに保存されます。対応するiOS版でお客様がiCloud同期を有効にした場合、日記の本文・日付・気分・一言・写真・挿絵やページのレイアウト情報は、同じApple AccountのiCloudの非公開データベース（Apple CloudKit）にも送信・保存され、対応端末間で同期されます。文字サイズなどの端末ごとの設定は同期しません。当方独自のサーバーに日記や写真を送信することはなく、当方がこれらの内容を閲覧することもありません。
あなたの許可を得て、日記に写真を添付するために端末の写真ライブラリにアクセスします。選択した写真は端末内に保存されます。お客様が対応するiOS版でiCloud同期を有効にした場合は、日記とともにiCloudにも送信・保存されます。
本アプリは Google AdMob（Google LLC）を通じて広告を表示します。AdMobは、広告配信、分析、不正防止のために、端末やアカウントの識別子、アプリ内の操作に関する情報、診断情報、IPアドレスを収集・共有します。IPアドレスからおおよその位置を推定する場合があります。SDKが収集するこれらの情報は、送信時にTLSで暗号化されます。
「広告削除」や季節の絵柄パックなどの購入は、iOSでは Apple の App Store、Androidでは Google Play によって処理されます。当方がお客様の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。機能の解放および購入の復元のため、購入状態は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリでは、バックアップファイルを手動で書き出し／復元できます。バックアップの作成・共有（iCloud Drive、ファイル、メール等）はお客様自身の操作で行われ、当方はその内容にアクセスできません。保管はお客様の責任で行ってください。Androidでは、端末のOSバックアップ設定に応じて、OSがアプリデータをGoogleアカウントのバックアップに保存したり、新しい端末へ移行したりする場合があります。これはアプリ内のiCloud同期とは別の仕組みです。
本アプリを削除すると、その端末内の日記データは削除されます。お客様が書き出したバックアップ、OSのバックアップ、同期済みのiCloudデータは、アプリの削除だけでは自動的に削除されません。アプリ内で個々の日記を削除でき、iCloud同期が有効な場合、その削除は次の同期成功時に対応端末にも反映されます。同期をオフにする操作だけでは、iCloudに保存済みのデータは削除されません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。お住まいの国で必要とされる年齢に満たない場合は、保護者の方の指導のもとでご利用ください。広告が表示される場合があります（「広告削除」の購入で非表示にできます）。

"My Diary" (the "App") is a diary app provided by Qualef Studio, an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the App (iOS: com.cutemydiary.app; Android: com.qualef.cutemydiary) handles your information.
Your diary entries, photos, illustrations, layout and cover settings, and app settings are stored in the database and files on your device. If you enable optional iCloud sync in a supported iOS version, your diary text, dates, moods, quotes, photos, illustration selections and page layouts are also transmitted to and stored in the private database of your iCloud account using Apple CloudKit, and synchronized across supported devices using the same Apple Account. Device-specific preferences such as text size are not synchronized. We do not send your diary content or photos to a server operated by us, and we do not view their contents.
With your permission, the App accesses your photo library so you can attach photos to entries. Selected photos are saved on your device. If you enable optional iCloud sync in a supported iOS version, they are also transmitted to and stored in iCloud with your diary.
The App shows ads via Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob collects and shares device and account identifiers, app interaction information, diagnostic information, and IP addresses for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate a device's general location. This data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Purchases (such as "Remove Ads" and seasonal artwork packs) are processed by Apple's App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. We do not receive your payment information. Your purchase status is stored locally to unlock features and to restore purchases.
You can manually export and import a backup file. The backup is created and shared by you (e.g., to iCloud Drive, Files, or email), and we cannot access it. You are responsible for storing it safely. On Android, depending on your device's OS backup settings, the operating system may also save app data in your Google account backup or transfer it to a new device. This is separate from the App's iCloud sync feature.
Deleting the App removes diary data stored locally on that device. It does not automatically remove exported backups, OS backups, or data already synchronized to iCloud. You can delete individual entries in the App; if iCloud sync is enabled, those deletions are reflected on supported devices after the next successful sync. Turning off sync does not itself delete data already stored in iCloud.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are below the age required in your country, please use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian. Ads may be shown (you can hide them by purchasing "Remove Ads").
We may update this policy. The latest version is posted on this page with an updated date.
