「OrganizeMyThings」（以下「本アプリ」）は、持ち物を写真と短いメモで整理するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

1. 端末内に保存されるデータ

持ち物の名前・タグ・収納場所・メモ・写真・検討中の項目・設定・購入状態は、原則としてお使いの端末内のみ（ローカルデータベースおよびアプリ用ファイル）に保存されます。当方はアカウント、独自サーバー、クラウド同期を提供しておらず、これらの内容を収集、送信、閲覧しません。

2. カメラ・写真ライブラリ

持ち物の写真を登録するため、あなたの許可を得てカメラまたは写真ライブラリにアクセスします。選択または撮影した写真は端末内に保存され、当方へ送信されません。

3. 共有シートから受け取る情報

ブラウザなどの共有シートから本アプリを選んだ場合、共有したテキストまたは Web URL を「検討中」の下書きに入れます。この操作はあなたが明示的に共有したときだけ行われ、受け取った内容は端末内に保存されます。写真やファイルを共有シートから取り込むことはありません。

4. バックアップと CSV 書き出し

バックアップの書き出し・読み込み、および CSV の書き出しは、あなたが設定画面で選んだときだけ実行されます。作成したファイルの共有先（ファイル、メール、クラウドストレージなど）はあなたが選び、当方はその内容にアクセスしません。共有先での取り扱いは各サービスのポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 広告（Google Mobile Ads）

本アプリは Google Mobile Ads（Google LLC）を通じてバナー広告および全画面広告を表示することがあります。広告配信のため、Google は広告識別子、端末情報、利用状況などを処理することがあります。

該当地域では、広告をリクエストする前に Google の同意フォームを表示します。必要な地域では、本アプリの設定から広告のプライバシー設定を再び開けます。
iOS では、パーソナライズ広告に広告識別子を利用する前に、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可をお尋ねします。許可しない場合も、本アプリの機能は利用できます。
広告削除の購入後は広告を表示しません。

6. アプリ内課金

広告削除および登録件数上限の解除の購入は Apple の App Store が処理します。当方は支払い情報を受け取りません。購入済みであることを示す状態は、機能の解放と復元のため端末内に保存されます。Apple のプライバシー情報は https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ をご確認ください。

7. 保持と削除

持ち物を削除すると、まず本アプリのゴミ箱に移り、30日後に完全削除されます。ゴミ箱から手動で完全削除することもできます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のアプリデータも削除されますが、あなた自身で書き出したバックアップや共有済みのファイルは対象外です。

OrganizeMyThings Privacy Policy

OrganizeMyThings (the “App”) helps you organize household items with photos and short notes. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data stored on your device

Item names, tags, storage locations, notes, photos, considering items, settings, and purchase status are stored only on your device in local database and app-file storage. We do not provide accounts, our own servers, or cloud synchronization, and do not collect, transmit, or view this content.

2. Camera and photo library

With your permission, the App accesses your camera or photo library so you can add photos of your items. Selected or captured photos stay on your device and are not sent to us.

3. Information received through the share sheet

When you explicitly choose the App from a browser or other app’s share sheet, the text or web URL you share is placed in a “considering” draft. It is stored on your device. The App does not import photos or files through the share sheet.

4. Backup and CSV export

Backup export/import and CSV export run only when you choose them from Settings. You choose where exported files are shared or stored (such as Files, email, or cloud storage), and we cannot access their contents. Please review the policy of any service you choose as a destination.

5. Advertising (Google Mobile Ads)

The App may show banner and interstitial ads through Google Mobile Ads (Google LLC). Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to serve ads.

Where required, the App presents Google’s consent form before requesting ads. In applicable regions, you can reopen ad privacy choices from the App’s Settings.
On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using the advertising identifier for personalized advertising. Declining does not prevent you from using the App.
Ads are not shown after purchasing ad removal.

6. In-app purchases

Purchases for ad removal and the item-limit unlock are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive payment information. Purchase status is stored locally to unlock and restore features. See Apple’s privacy information at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

7. Retention and deletion

When you delete an item, it first moves to the App’s trash and is permanently deleted after 30 days. You can also permanently delete it from the trash yourself. Deleting the App removes its local app data, but does not remove backups or files that you exported or shared yourself.
