- See your finances at a glanceIncome and expenses appear automatically on a monthly calendar, and monthly totals show instantly, so tracking your cash flow becomes second nature.
- Your whole day on one screenTap any date to view and add schedules, tasks, budget entries and memos — plus your own custom items, like workout logs or reading records.
- Review monthly spending and yearly trendsPie charts show spending by category, with a daily list of entries and their notes. Bar charts show 12 months of income, expenses and balance, with yearly totals.
- Whole periods and repeats in one goTap a start and an end date to fill in a trip. Yearly repeats are perfect for birthdays, and can be set up to 20 years ahead at once.

- Coming in iOS 1.10.0: separate, sync and share ledgersThese features are planned for iOS 1.10.0. After release, keep separate ledgers for household spending, trips and more, and sync them for free across your iPhone, iPad and Mac using the same Apple Account. Share a selected ledger with family, a partner or friends: only the person starting the share needs a one-time purchase; invited people join for free. Sync and sharing require signing in to iCloud. The Android app does not support iCloud sync or sharing.
- Data storage for sync and sharing (coming in iOS 1.10.0)Ledger records are stored on your device and in Apple’s iCloud. A shared ledger is managed in the iCloud of the person who starts sharing and is shared only with invited people. Ledger records are not sent to or stored on Qualef’s servers, and Qualef cannot view their contents. Keep anything you do not want to share in another personal ledger.
